In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Cozzens, Jr., J.), entered June 27, 2016, which, upon the conditional granting of the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3126 to dismiss the complaint unless the plaintiff provided full and complete responses to the defendant’s notice for discovery and inspection and interrogatories within a specified time, directed dismissal of the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
