This is an. appeal by employee Leroy Ogilvie, hereinafter referred to as the claimant-appellant, from a unanimous decision of the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division. This appeal arises out of a dispute concerning the eligibility of the claimant-appellant for unemployment compensation benefits under the Indiana Employment Security Act. (Burns’ Ann. Statutes, §52-1525, et seq.).

The former employer of the appellant, Taylor Forge & Pipe Works, Inc., and the Review Board appear herein as appellees.
