MEMORANDUM OPINION1

Before the Court is a limited Objection filed by the liquidating trustee (the “Trustee”) of Reichhold Holdings US, Inc. (the *109“Debtor”) to an administrative claim for its reclamation rights under section 546(c) filed by Covestro LLC (“Covestro”). For the reasons set forth below, the Trustee’s Objection will be overruled.

I.BACKGROUND
