MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jerri Nann Reuter, appellant, was charged with the felony offense of aggregate theft of more than $200,000. Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 31.09 (Vernon 2003), § 31.03(a), (e)(7) (Vernon Supp. 2005). The jury found her guilty and assessed punishment at a fine of $10,000 and 52 years’ confinement in prison.
