Defendant was charged with having robbed a Big Dipper market in the City of Detroit, February 27, 1972. Following preliminary examination he was bound over for trial on a charge of robbery armed, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. A jury trial before visiting Recorder’s Court Judge Harvey F. Tennen resulted in a guilty verdict June 19, 1972. Defendant was then sentenced to a term of 10 to 20 years imprisonment. A motion for a new trial was heard and granted by Recorder’s Court Judge Heading, April 12, 1973.
