The respondents procured from one of the justices of the Supreme Court in the city of New York an order in supplementary proceedings directing the appellant to appear for examination on August 7, 1912, and on such other days as the justice making said order or one of the justices of said court or the referee duly appointed should name, and this was personally served upon her.
