Appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered April 3, 1992 in Schenectady County, upon a verdict in favor of plaintiff.
On February 4, 1985 plaintiff, who was at that time 16 years old and working part time as a dishwasher for third-party defendant Oxbow Inn, Ltd., was severely burned while attempting to dispose of the hot oil from a deep-fat fryer manufactured by defendant.
