—In this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Irving Kirschenbaum, J.), entered April 23, 1985, which seeks to annul the determination of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, dated March 28, 1985, which denied petitioner’s application for a harness owner-trainer-driver license, the determination is confirmed, without costs.
