In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Janowitz, J.), dated October 24, 2012, as granted the plaintiff’s motion for an award of interim counsel fees in the sum of $100,000.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by deleting the provision thereof granting the plaintiff’s motion for an award of interim counsel fees in the sum of $100,000, and substituting therefor a provision granting the plaintiff’s motion to the extent of awarding…
