Appeal from a judgment of the County .Court of Madison County, rendered December 9, 1968, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the third degree, for which he was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed five years. Appellant contends, inter alia, (1) the indictment inadequately described the crime of which he was accused; (2) he was absent from the courtroom when one of the jurors was selected; (3) Madison County Court never had jurisdiction of the case; (4) he was improperly denied the right to change his counsel; (5) his counsel made a prejudicial remark…
