Plaintiffs Thomas and Gertrude Conrad filed a complaint in three counts alleging malpractice arising out of an operation performed on Thomas Conrad at Christ Community Hospital on April 4,1969. Pursuant to defendants’ motions, the trial court entered summary judgment in favor of each defendant. In the same order the trial court denied a motion by plaintiffs to strike Christ Community Hospital’s motion for summary judgment.
