This was a suit in trespass to try title by appellant against appellee, to recover the title and possession Of a strip 8 feet wide by 70 long in the city of Corsicana, Na varro county, Tex. She ' also pleaded the several statutes of limitation.
Appellee answered by the usual pleas, including estoppel. This appeal is from an instructed verdict in favor of appellee.
