BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Following a jury trial, Alphaeus White was convicted on one count of aggravated assault. He appeals his conviction and the denial of his motion for new trial, arguing that the trial court’s jury charge as to his defense of justification was confusing and erroneous. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
