^Defendant, Byron Bradley, appeals his conviction and sentence for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. For the reasons that follow, we affirm his conviction and sentence.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On July 16, 2009, the Jefferson Parish Grand Jury returned an indictment charging defendant with aggravated rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42 (count one), and aggravated burglary, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60 (count two).
