BLACKBIRD, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order sustaining the demurrer of the defendant in error to the petition of plaintiff in error to vacate a judgment of the above named County Court, hereinafter referred to as the “lower court”.

The judgment was entered by said court in its Case No. 881, entitled “Archie Doyal Coffman, d/h/a Day & Nite TV, Plaintiff, vs. Joe Hodges Transportation Corporation, a Corporation, Defendant”, on December 27, 1965.
