The shipment of cattle, for damages to which this suit was brought, originated at Monroe City, Mo., and was destined to Midland, Texas, via the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company, the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas, and the Texas & Pacific Railway Company. The trial resulted in a judgment against the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company for $125, and against the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas for $62.50, and against the Texas & Pacific Railway Company for $62.50. The Texas & Pacific company has not appealed.
