Maxwell, Judge:

The Sovereign Camp of the Woodmen of the World, a corporation, complains of verdict and judgment against it for $1,110.00 in favor of Andrew Saltesz, father of Andrew Saltesz, Jr., deceased, and beneficiary in a policy for $1,000.00 issued by the defendant on the life of the said decedent. The defense is predicated on alleged breach of warranties in the answers made by the decedent to questions propounded to him in his application for membership in the defendants
