Plaintiffs Katie Martineau Caron and Kevin Caron appeal as of right the trial court’s orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendants *632The Christman Company; David Osier and David Osier Associates, Inc. (collectively “Osier”); and Rafael Moneo and Moneo Brock Studio, L.L.C. (collectively “Moneo”). We affirm.
