Affirming.

This action was instituted by appellee, W. L. Johns, seeking to recover of appellant, Lawrence M. Spitzl berger, the sum of $1,000 for money loaned appellant by appellee and the additional sum of $4,000 for services rendered appellant in respect to the management and care of his property and business affairs while he was incarcerated in the federal penitentiary in Atlanta, Georgia, from the 6th day of June, 1934, to the 16th day of March, 1936.
