This case is before the court on plaintiff’s motion to have the court affirm, ratify, and incorporate into a final decree of divorce an agreement allegedly entered into by the parties. The agreement was purportedly entered into during depositions taken of the parties on October 5, 1989. During those depositions, the plaintiff-wife’s lawyer asked plaintiff a series of questions concerning the parties’ property.
