Per Curiam :

Stephen Nemes was indicted in the criminal court of Cook county for the crime of rape committed upon Helen Flynn. He pleaded not guilty, waived trial by jury, was tried by the court, convicted, and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary, and has sued out a writ of error.

The plaintiff in error, who was thirty-five years of age, was a broker, whose business was directing selling-campaigns of stock and bond issues of corporations. He did have sexual intercourse with Helen Flynn, who was a young woman twenty-two years of age, at his office on the ninth floor of the London…
