Clyde H. Waller died on October 18, 1948, while in the discharge of his duties as warehouse foreman of the defendant, Stone Webster Engineering Corp.

His widow, Mrs. Bessie L. Woodward Waller, alleging that the death of her husband was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage, brought about by his heavy and strenuous duties as said warehouse foreman, while employed by defendant, brings this action demanding workmen's compensation for herself as surviving dependent widow.
