STEVENS, District Judge.
Before the court is the petition of plaintiff’s counsel for an award of attorney’s fees pursuant to section 206(b)(1) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)(1).
I. Facts
Counsel represented social security claimant William G. Dowdy, now deceased, and his surviving spouse Ethel Dowdy, who was substituted as plaintiff, in the above-styled disability benefits action.
