LOCKWOOD, Vice Chief Justice.

This is a proceeding to review an award of the Industrial Commission granting compensation. The award granted petitioner compensation for an injury which he claimed arose out of an industrial accident. Henry Dennis, one of the respondents in this appeal, was employed by the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, the petitioner. On January 25, 1961, Dennis filed a claim with the Industrial Commission, stating that he had received injuries while working for petitioner on July 6, 1960.
