Vallee, Janis & Valle, brought their bill for a specific performance of a contract, for the sale of a tract of land, against the defendants.(127) The Court made a decree for the plaintiffs, Valle, Janis & Valle. Bean, Oden and Rector appealed to this Court. The error assigned is a general one, which is, that the decree is erroneous ; under this assignment, we will only look at the decree, the bill, answer and exhibits.
