MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
FRANK W. KOGER, Bankruptcy Judge.
A Chapter 7 debtor claims that his interest in two parcels of real estate, neither of which are his homestead, is exempt under Y.A.M.S. Section 442.030 and 11 U.S.C. Section 522(b)(2)(B) as property held in tenancy by the entirety with his spouse who did not join in his petition for relief.
