Ross Development Corporation brought this action seeking a declaratory judgment that its insurers had duties to defend and indemnify Ross, its shareholders, and former directors in lawsuits arising out of the cleanup of environmental contamination from a site formerly owned by Ross. The district court granted the insurers’ motions for summary judgment, holding that they had no duty to defend or indemnify.
