The appellant in this criminal case was a Louisiana resident who was appointed executor of his deceased father’s Arkansas estate on January 27, 1988. Following his appointment as personal representative, the appellant moved the estate’s tangible personal property to Louisiana and transferred the liquid assets to Louisiana financial institutions.
