This suit was brought by defendants in error, upon an agreement for the charter of their vessel, the “Jane Ealston,” by the plaintiffs in error.

*240A recovery was had in the court below, and the plaintiffs in error, who were there defendants, complain that the court erred in admitting certain parol evidence of the terms of the agreement, and in rulings relating to the duties of defendants in error under the agreement, and touching the measure of damages.
