Having been charged with second-degree murder, MOLA § 750.317 (Stat Ann 1954 Bev § 28.549), defendant was convicted upon a jury verdict of manslaughter, MCLA § 750.321 (Stat Ann 1954 Bev § 28.553), and was sentenced to 7 to 15 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right, raising four instances of alleged error.
