This disciplinary action was commenced on March 3, 1977, by the filing of a complaint against Theodore F. Mazza, an attorney with an office in Waukesha. The complaint contained three claims for discipline. The Honorable Frances H. Wendt was appointed referee to try the issues and to report his findings and recommendations to this Court. Trial of the issues was held on June 22, 23, 29 and July 6, 1977, and on November 11, 1977, the referee filed his report and recommendations.
