Appellants Acme Engineering Company (“Acme”) and Cara Corporation (“Cara”) appeal from an order of the district court affirming the bankruptcy court’s dismissal of their cross-claim against Bayside Enterprises, Inc. (“Bayside”) and Poultry Processing, Inc. (“PPI”). 111 B.R. 371.
