A1 Miller is the president and majority shareholder of Concrete Formwork Fabrication ■ and Engineering Company (“CFFE”) and the sole member of Plaintiff-Appellee APM Rental Properties, LLC (“APM”). APM and Appellant-Defendant 8155 Development Way, LLC (“Development”) executed an agreement for the purchase of a parcel of land (“Tract 3”).
