MEMORANDUM OPINION LaTonya Chames, a black woman, was a Corrections Lieutenant for former Calhoun County Sheriff Matthew Wade, a white male. Chames sues Wade for (a) paying her less money because of her race and gender, then (b) retaliating against her for pointing out the pay disparity. Wade moves for summary judgment. (Doc. 54).
