This suit involves the interpretation of certain provisions of a purchase contract. The contract was for the sale of an accounting practice located in Crowley, Louisiana. The plaintiffs, Edward L. Krielow, Inc., and Hamilton & Hamilton, allege that Article 6 of the contract was breached by the defendants, Broadhurst, Sikes & Gardes, E. Larry Sikes, J. Stephen Gardes, Danny P.
