KING, Judge.

This appeal presents for review whether or not the trial court committed reversible errors during the trial of the defendant. *1074Joseph Saddler (hereinafter defendant) was charged by bill of information with the offense of distribution of marijuana, in violation of La.R.S. 40:966(A)(1). After a trial, the jury found the defendant guilty as charged by a vote of eleven to one. Defendant’s motion for a post verdict judgment of acquittal, or, in the alternative, for a new trial was denied.
