Lonnie Dean Lefever appeals from the judgment of the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas rendered on March 17, 1992 in case No. 93-CA-14, finding him not indigent with respect to the payment of fines assessed against him. The state of Ohio appeals from the judgment of the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas rendered on August 12, 1992 in case No. 92-CA-19, wherein the court ordered the return of Lonnie Dean Lefever’s bond to him.
