Proceeding pursuant to CFLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Commissioner of Correctional *797Services which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was confined to the special watch room after correction officers suspected that he was using drugs. His urine tested positive for the presence of opiates.
