LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

This is an antitrust action commenced as a class action by purchasers of milk and milk products at wholesale. The defendants are milk processors accused of conspiring to fix their wholesale prices in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. After more than two years of discovery and pretrial motions, the district court 1 dismissed the individual claims of the named plaintiffs and denied their motion for class certification.
