The proceeding before us involves the contest of a petition to probate a will alleged to have been made by Sarah C. McCoy, also known as Kate McCoy. Mrs. McCoy died December 30, 1934, at the age of 92 years. She was a resident of and owned real and personal property in Uintah county,. Utah, at the time of her death. The appellant, R. C.
