These actions were tried together, and upon the same evidence. The first action is virtually in ejectment, but equitable relief is demanded. The complaint alleges four causes of action. The first .based upon an alleged encroachment of the wall of the pumping station. The second upon the concrete platform and other constructions adjacent to the. pumping station.
