W. L. Bradberry, a witness for the plaintiff, testified: “My name is W. L. Bradberry, and I am engaged in real estate insurance, and mortgage loan business in Athens, and have been so engaged since 1933 or 1934. I can identify the signatures on the paper shown me (plaintiff’s exhibit 1). J. C. Stiles signed it as seller and W. L. Edwards as the purchaser. . I saw both signatures made. I understand that Mr. Stiles is the defendant and Mr. Edwards is the plaintiff in this case.
