|,The instant lawsuit arises from the alleged tortious conduct of an employee of the Orleans Parish School Board, Robert Williams. The victim’s mother, Sybil Booth, filed claims individually and on behalf of her minor child Ajanee Booth, alleging that the Orleans Parish School Board was vicariously liable for Robert Williams’ acts and also independently liable for failing to supervise the students and employees, as well as negligent hiring.
