In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review administrative determinations denying the petitioners’ application for subdivision approval or a variance, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Silver-man, J.), entered July 18, 1990, which annulled the determinations, granted the petition, and directed the Village of Rye Brook Planning Board and Board of Trustees to issue a determination on the petitioners’ subdivision application.
