This was an action instituted by Maurice T. Green against his guardian, J. Cyrus Green, appellee herein, to set aside the final report, and for the discharge of J. Cyrus Green as guardian. To this complaint, appellee answered in two paragraphs, one of general denial and the second a special answer, to which special answer a reply of general denial was filed.
