MOORE, Justice.
This is a domestic relations case involving the application of the newly-enacted long-arm provision of the Texas Family Code Ann. sec. 11.051 (Supp.1976). Plaintiff, Daniel Corliss, a resident of Dallas County, Texas, filed suit in the Domestic Relations Court in Dallas County, seeking a modification of the court’s 1972 decree of divorce specifying visitation privileges “at reasonable times” with his two children, who have since resided with the defendant, Vivian Corliss Smith, their mother, in the State of Nebraska.
