BAKER, District Judge.

This is an action brought by the above-named plaintiffs, composing the firm of Franklin MaeVeagh & Co., against the above-named defendants, as president and directors of the Noblesville Canning Company, a corporation organized under the laws of this state, to charge said president and directors with the amount of damages sustained by the breach of a contract entered into by the corporation with the plaintiffs for the sale and delivery of certain goods.
