The discovery and relief sought by the bill'of complaint include an inquiry into, and a direct interference with, the administration of the duties of the comptroller of the currency, and of the treasurer of the United States, in respect of bonds deposited with such treasurer, under the act of June 3d. 1804, to provide a national currency (13 Stat. 09), to secure the redemption of the circulating notes of a national bank.
