COVINGTON, Chief Judge.

In this case the plaintiff, Donald V. Organ, sued the defendant, Covington Air Condition and Heating, Inc., for breach of contract. The defendant answered and admitted that it had contracted to install an air conditioner in plaintiffs house for the price of $3,068.55.
