This is an action by the plaintiff to recover of the defendant bank $400.00 deposited by plaintiff in the said bank, for which credit was given the depositor, which amount was subsequently charged back to the depositor for the reason that the check -deposited was an overdraft.
There was judgment for plaintiff and defendant appealed.
